My Story
Hello. My name is Becka Trieper. I am the mom to my cat Bobo and dog Stark. I live in Greenville, SC. I enjoy traveling, cooking, driving through the mountains in my Mustang, adventures and of course Scentsy! I have an amazing man in my life, Jon, who supports me 100% with my Scentsy career.
I was first introduced to Scentsy over 12 years ago. I received my first warmer from another consultant/friend along with Perfectly Pomegranate. I was hooked from day 1. I tried other company wax, but I always went back to Scentsy because the fragrance selection was better and the scent lasted much longer than competitors. I was given the opportunity to start selling Scentsy 12 years ago, but I decided against it. Finally, on March 1st, 2016, I joined. I was so not prepared, I questioned myself why I signed up now. My life was so busy. Why did I just add more work to myself? I was out of town when my kit arrived at my house. I got home and opened up my kit and still couldn't believe I signed up. I didn't have time for Scentsy. I started passing out catalogs and on day 1 started getting orders. I then found out what my first goal was and that was selling $500 in my first 15 days. By this time, I only had about 7 days left. So I threw together a launch party and started advertising my new business on Facebook and texting and calling my friends and family. More orders started coming in!! My launch party was kind of a bust with only 2 people there, but I sold about $200 to those 2 people. Before I knew it, I had reached my $500 goal and was entering my first order. I then realized I LOVE SCENTSY!!! I can DO THIS! I do regret not starting 12 years ago, but I can't change the past, but I can focus on today and my future. I am amazed at how well my business is going. I have met and exceeded my goals. I have received several promotions. In August of 2016 I started growing my team. I now have a team of 5. I absolutely love training people. I love to see people grow and succeed.
I earned my first (of many) inventive trip this year. I enjoyed a week in June at the Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana. It was an amazing and Scentsy spoiled us each and every day. I met the owners on 2 separate occasions there and they are so nice! They are so personable and down to earth. We met the first time at the pool and we all just stood there and talked for a good 15 minutes. They really do care about their employees. I also attended my first Scentsy Family Reunion in Kansas City, MO in July. There were about 7,000 Scentsy consultants there. We had some intense training sessions, lots of FREE gifts, the keynote speakers were SO amazing and inspiring, the stories we heard were touching and I walked away from there a different person.
Scentsy has literally changed my life. It has given me a reason for getting up every morning. It has given me purpose. It has empowered me. The best part is that I am my own boss! I set my own hours and days to work. I can take off whenever I choose!! I love all of my Scentsy sisters and brothers. I have an amazing sponsor! My team is also amazing. The support that I have is priceless. Scentsy gives you so many training resources to help you succeed. Plus as I mentioned before, I love to train people. I want to see downline succeed. Don't be like me and wish you started a long time ago. There is not a better time than the present. For $99 plus tax and shipping, you can have your OWN business. Set your OWN hours. Be your OWN boss. Think of how many things in life you have wasted $99 on? Did those things give you a monthly paycheck? I made back the money I spent on my kit in the first 2 weeks of being a consultant. OH and by the way, did I mention that We can earn Incentive trips? 😬
